How IEP Clarify handles your data

IEP Clarify is built to minimize risk with education records. We only use uploaded documents to generate your audit report and related billing records.

What we collect

We collect the PDF you upload, your selected retention preference, report outputs, and billing metadata needed to process payments and support your purchase.

How documents are used

Uploaded IEP files are processed to extract service-delivery data, compare narrative minute references, and produce your teaser/full report. We do not sell uploaded document content.

Child names and identifying details

IEP Clarify does not ask you to enter a child profile separately to generate the report. The report is generated from the uploaded IEP itself, which may contain a child's name and other identifying details. Our analysis is focused on the document's written service language, minute totals, and related report output.

Retention and deletion

If you choose delete-after-audit, the uploaded file is removed after processing. If you choose save-securely, records may be retained for report access and support.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. IEP Clarify does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
